Hello everybody! It is time for a quick peek into what is happening in the music business. Unfortunately the music industry is sort of slow right now, But we still have some hits going on out there. I'm going to let you know what Billboard has listed as the top ten right now.

At number 10 we have
Lenny Kravitz. This is his Greatest Hits album. It has his latest single, "Again," on it as well has some favorites such as "Are You Gonna Go My Way."

Next on the list at number 9 is the band,
Outkast. They are a rap group holding steady in the position with their CD entitled Stankonia due to their single, "Ms. Jackson."

Number 8 is
Dido. Dido was thrown into popularity by her background vocals in Eminem's song "Stan." She also wrote the theme song for the show Roswell.

Slot 7 belongs to
Limp Bizkit and their CD Chocolate Covered Starfish and Hotdog Flavored Water. The title says it all.

Moving in at number 6 we have
Sade. Her new CD, Lovers Rock, is doing really well. Sales are wonderful. Its a must for Sade fans.

Sitting proud at number 5 is
Creed. They have been on the chart for almost 70 weeks. I'm sure you all know what songs are on this due to massive air play.

Sliding in at number 4 is the
Now 5 compilation. This has a bunch of popular hits by various artists including Britany Spears, Nsync, and Three Doors Down.

The greatest gainer this week is the
Save the Last Dance Soundtrack. It's settled now in number 3 but bound to move up.

After 24 weeks on the chart,
Shaggy has nestled down in spot 2. His smash single "It Wasn't Me" is sure to be followed by some other great tracks from this album, such as "Angel." This album also has "Hope" on it which was released over the summer on the For the Love of the Game Soundtrack.

And holding strong in the number 1 spot is none other than the
Beatles. 27 #1 Hits has held the spot for 5 weeks now. Definitely a worth while buy.

Well, that's all I have for this month. If you would like to see what else is on Billboards charts, you can check it out at

If anyone has any questions about music, CDs, availability of something, or maybe just need a gift idea, please email me at jkrycia@aol.com . Have a great month and Happy Valentine's Day to you all!
