but everyone likes it...go figure

very reliable source
In the Rock/Pop area:

Salt - "Resolver" - I can never get
enough of these girls. So pleasing to the ear yet very
rockin'.
Phish - "Farm
House" - Some very catchy tunes on this one.
Nine
Days - "Madding Crowd" - A new band
getting airplay on the radio and MTV with a song called
"Absolutely (A Story Of A Girl)"
Matchbox
Twenty - "Mad Season" - Yes, they
changed their name from Matchbox20 to Matchbox Twenty.
Perfect
Circle - For those who are familiar with Tool,
this is front-man Maynard's new project. It sounds really
good.
Dropkick
Murphys - This a singles collection. Primarily a
punk band.
