HOT fun in the summertime! How about some cool drinks? These look as good as they taste! Brighten up your next summer fling.

For each of these drinks, add ingredients to
blender in the order listed. Pulse, scraping down
sides of container once or twice, until blended
and slushy. Pour into a 12-ounce glass and
garnish if desired. If an alcoholic beverage is
what you prefer, put the ingredients in
the container just before the crushed ice. Enjoy!

Mangorita

1/3 cup diced fresh mango
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/3 cup mango sorbet
slice of mango for garnish
(1 1/2 ounces Tequila and 1 Tablespoon triple sec)

Melon Berry Splash

1/3 cup seedless sliced watermelon
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup raspberry sorbet
garnish with watermelon wedge
(1 1/2 ournces raspberry vodka and 1 Tablespoon grenadine)

Mint-Melon Julep

1/3 cup diced honeydew melon
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup lime sherbet
garnish with melon wedge and mint
(3 Tablespoons melon liqueur, 2 teaspoons green mint liqueur)

Peachslide

1 1/2 Tablespoons vanilla syrup
4 frozen peach slices, cut up
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup peach sorbet
garnish with peach wedge
(3 Tablespoons peach schnapps)

Coco-Colada

1/3 cup diced pineapple
2 Tablespoons cream of coconut
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/3 cup pineapple-coconut ice cream
garnish with pineapple wedge
(1 1/2 ounces light rum)

Lemon Blue Dolphin

I'm not sure how to make this one non-alcoholic, so keep away from the kiddies :)

1 1/2 ounces lemon or citrus vodka
2 Tablespoons blue curacao liqueur
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/3 cup lemon sorbet
garnish with lemon slice
